Discovery is a deliciously light and fruity blend of coffee that resembles the famous flavour of Blue Mountain but at a fraction of the cost. It’s lightly roasted and flavourful without being a strong or bold coffee. One for a coffee drinker with a more delicate palette.

Our Signature Collection is more than just coffee, while all of our coffee is exceptionally good this collection is what we believe has something special for everyone. Whether you're looking for a beautiful almost sweet coffee (Discovery) or very dark and almost bitter (Prospero) this collection has something for you. We stand by these coffees as a great representation of our coffee.
