These are our signature blends, distinct and flavourful! Each has it's own character and personality... and like children we don't have favourites!

Discovery: is a deliciously light and fruity blend of coffee that resembles the famous flavour of Blue Mountain but at a fraction of the cost. It’s lightly roasted and flavourful without being a strong or bold coffee. One for a coffee drinker with a more delicate palette.

The GOAT: is in our opinion is the Greatest Of All Time. Dark and powerful, brooding even. Makes a perfect espresso with a rich velvety finish and a caffeine kick. A gorgeous blend of Central American and Asian coffees with a secret blend including caffeine rich robusta

Donkey Kick is our strongest caffeinated coffee. This is the real deal, between 3 and 5 times more caffeine than any of our other coffees, yet it has a subtle, mild and mellow flavour. High in Robusta this coffee gives you the kick you need to get going!

 Prospero: is named for the man responsible for the introduction of coffee into Europe, he was an Italian, so we’ve named our strong roasted Italian style coffee in his honour.Prospero is bold, super dark and richly flavoured. It also has the most amazing smell that excites the tastebuds on smelling alone!

Renaissance: is a medium roast coffee, with almost chocolatey undertones. It’s more-ish and ridiculously drinkable and can be enjoyed at any time of the day. Named after the period of history when old thinking was dug up and reimagined. This is a blend of African coffees blended in a new way for a refreshingly different drink.

Caffeine Deficiency:

You know how most decaf coffee is lacking any flavour or punch? That's not what we have here, this is a darker roast than most decaf coffees giving it that rich taste you want just without the caffeine.

Perfect any time of the day or for people who have had to stop drinking coffee for medical reasons, shift workers or ladies effected by perimenopause symptoms.
